Calling!!! Talent for Smithers Northwest Trade Expo Stage Entertainment

Smithers Trade Show… Entertainment  ----- This year the Theme is “Double Exposure” as we’re using and filling both arenas

…. Once again the Smithers District Chamber of Commerce is organizing the Northwest Trade Expo taking place this year Friday from 3 to 9, May 1 and Saturday from 10 to 6, May 2.

For our stage entertainment, we have appreciated your talent in the past and know that what sets our trade show apart from others is the vast and diverse range of entertainers we have in the valley. We hope that you will once again consider coming down for a half hour performance time slot. (either on Friday afternoon, or on Saturday for a half hour or….. how about both days with a half hour performance on Friday night and another on Saturday.)  We have 18 half hour slots to fill and while the honorarium we provide doesn’t come close to paying for the talent entertainers provide we do try to offset entertainer costs pay $25 per half hour for individual performances and $50 for groups. Performance Time slots will be from 5 to 8:30 on Friday afternoon and evening, May 2 and from 1 to 5:30 on Saturday, May 3

Kevin Widen will be attending to the sound system and we are happy he is back to lend his expertise.

Thanks for your consideration and for sharing your talent and appreciating the trade show venue as an opportunity for promoting yourselves to the public.

If you'd like to specifically request a particular time, or if you'd like further information please call Heather at 847-5072

Thanks so much for considering to take part.
